An hour shouldn't really affect anything; i've already changed mine. BC/WF trainers only begin to lose their leaving value each day that you don't go there. So unless you're changing the clock by days/months to get different seasons, there's no need to worry.

The problem with that logic is, not everyone likes those games (or will pay 250 to play them on a handheld). Plenty will, but how many is still up in the air.
