@seahorse123: Unfortunately, it is near impossible to get ppl to donate if there's no campaign. In addition, you get no awareness. It is stupid, but it works, and it's harmless fun.

The game is very difficult, but I eventually beat it on hardest mode possible and unlocked everything. It definitely helps to do the challenges to unlock yurself some guns and upgrades before moving to the free DLC.
