I can't afford a quality gaming PC at the moment, without my 360 I couldn't play Bioshock, COD4, Unreal ect. For that reason alone I think it's a great console, and I couldn't care less if the PC version has better controls or very minor improvements, I'm just grateful to get to play these games on a console, and that's all I care about.

I know where you're coming from, but games like RE5 could be watered down for Wii and still be a damn fine game with better controls :)

You don't need graphics to create atmosphere, it adds a lot to it but games like Silent hill on PS1 still have more atmopsphere than most games released since. With clever use of the hardware I don't see why sheep can't have something that resembles RE5 in gameplay, it is after all basically RE4 in game mechanics from what I've seen. I could be wrong of course but people seem to make to big a deal about graphics, I've seen very few or even no games that have become great because they have good graphics. Gears of war is a game I would say that sold itself based on graphics, it done nothing in physics or gameplay that couldn't be done on any other platform, and so far I've seen nothing gameplay wise in RE5 that couldn't be done on Wii

Metroid Prime Corruption's score in graphics will be based on the power of the Wii, but the gameplay will be rated against all other games in that genre on all other platforms. It has to as many gamers own mulitple gaming machines and want to know what machine has the best games.

It's always been that way, there are no hidden rules that say under powered machines are let off more lightly than more powerful machines when it comes to gameplay. People who say Wii games have lower standards are just afraid that Corruption may be a better game than their Halo's, Bioshocks ect.

I heard along time a go this was PC and 360, maybe that's changed. Either way it seems that this game is going to need a monster rig to play it for PC gamers. I would like to see a bit more of it before I call it best graphics ever,the FP sections seemd a bit staged but were very nice, the other bits were a bit like Assassin's creed and less impressive.

But still very impressive, hope it holds up on consoles if it does go to 360/PS3

It seems we've actually got a game that lives up to the hype, about time.
