If you hate Socialism then stop driving on public roads, using public utilities, relying on police and firemen for protection and safety ect, ect. Every country in the world, the US included, is to some degree, socialist.

You do realize, that it would take ten years to get ANY oil from off-shore drilling. It will take 30 years before enough can be produced to affect gas prices, if at all. By then, most new cars wont even have combustion engines.

And how are then Democrats supposed to get anything done when they don't have the ability to override a veto, many of their representatives are Blue Dogs (Democratic Congressmen who represent conservative districts and therefore vote like a Republican), and don't hold a majority in the Senate?

I wish I could have a fake shortage and still sell consoles at a faster rate then any console in the history of the world.

Even if they are not producing the necessary amount to kill the shortage... (which isn't as simple as flipping a switch and making 2 million more a month) for them to sell faster then the PS2 did, means that they must have a greater demand too...

The Wii will never sell as much as the PS2. The PS2 sold 140 million and is still going strong and once the price is cut to $99 ... it will sell more!!!!

And the second Wii sales slow down, Nintendo will just lower the price...
