@Double_Wide $15 for 8 characters per server for a total of 40 characters or $10 for 1 character per server for a total of 8. Honestly there is no reason to ever have more than one character so $10 is the best deal.

Their heart was in the right place but sadly their technology to support it was not. Anyone considering this game should give it a fair bit of time to let the developers work out the horrid bugs and optimization issues. After that. happens then I suggest you give it a bash.

The real gem of this game is the creation tools to let the community create their own adventures. I honestly can't wait to see what the community brings to bear.

Really? I play Dwarf Fortress. It's graphics are ASCII. I couldn't even begin to count how many hours of enjoyment this game has brought me and many other anti-social, dwarf hating lunatics. I play Touhou. It's sprites are simplistic to say the least. I don't play either of these for their "OMGWTFBBQ" graphics but their gameplay is superb. Gameplay is first, always. if a game isn't fun to play then it isn't a good game regardless of its graphics.

@evilweav Yes, it does. But for that to work either I or my friend would require the Wii U and MH3U. Neither of which are going to happen.

@Oldboy08 I know, which annoys me to no end. I played the MH games on the PSP online all the time with friends across the country, before it broke and I could never afford a new one, and I want to get it for the 3DS but the lack of Online is seriously hindering this desire. I don't have any real want for the Wii U and none of my friends who play MH are nearby for me to utilize the local multiplayer.

Now where's the update that will have online play for the 3DS since I have no intention of getting the Wii U?
