Wow, that's pretty bad for Americans. I hope you guys can stop that being passed, good luck. I wouldn't expect this bill to do much anyway, seems like all it would do would make most major internet companies based in America would move away from America. That pretty much means all the bill is doing is making the money and jobs those companies bring in to America go elsewhere... Seems pretty fail *shrugs*
