Loans and bursaries, student loans/line of credit either through your school or through a bank, scholarships, interval payments to your school, there in the business of keeping you in school as thats how they make money from tuition and other fees. There are many options available, just try to stay optimistic. It's a shame she won't pay for some of your tuition/housing but maybe it's an early warning to not put as much trust or confidence in her to pull through for you in the future.
my laptop: mobile ati radeon 3400 runs it on all medium, 1600 x 900, 2x aa, trilinear, and a few options at the bottom turned on can't remember which ones at the moment, the only thing that is not on medium settings is the grass which i turned to off or low can't remember . Runs very smoothly unless its 3500+units. Rest of specs are: 2.5ghz core 2 duo, 4gb ram, vista 64, and ati radeon 3400.
Now before anyone goes and marks this for moderation, I am not looking for any sites that offer piracy or illegal ways of downloading songs.
I am looking for a site that has lots of different music albums so people can listen to them for free without downloading or buying them. Preferably one where I can search for a particular song and listen to it.
Does anyone know of sites like this?

www.allmusic.com has alot of music by many different genres of music. You can sample part of the song but it doesn't play you the entire song, so its a good seaarch engine for music and then once you have found out which songs/bands whatever you want then you hit up youtube or download it.

What he said ^^, i play empire with my laptop atm which is a ati radeon 3400, 2.5ghz core 2 duo, 3gbs and i get medium settings 2aa, but it can lag during 2000+units battles and a bit during multiplayer but if youre ok playing with low then it should work. Haven't played fallout3 so dunno about that one.
