@Pirate700 @WiteLite @Micooliscool I'm thinking more of this scenario: You haven't played your One for a couple of days (such as studying), you then go to play the Xbox but find that your internet isn't functioning properly. Even if its only out for a couple of hours, that's a couple of hours you could be playing your games if it didn't have this requirement.
@WiteLite @Micooliscool @Pirate700 I would if I took my Xbox to my rural holiday house. Also, I love sharing games with my friends, this console just makes it so much more difficult.
@Pirate700 @Micooliscool But we haven't perfected the internet, there's still times when people cannot connect to the internet due to technical issues.
@Pirate700 That's not really the point, it's the fact that Microsoft is putting restrictions on gamers. I would be able to play an Xbox One perfectly internet wise, but I don't want to deal with these unnecessary aspects in the console.
@nickpeck36 @Micooliscool At worst they said it would be used games DRM... meaning I can still play games without an internet connection, just not preowned ones (at worst).
