I've had an administrative action taken against me - but the admin notice doesn't say why, and there is no way to reply to whomever did it.

The notice said a review of mine was better as a blog entry. No points deducted. I rewrote the review to sound like a review. I was honest about my experience with the game and wrote what I thought other potential customers would like to hear. It too was deleted and I was told I would be banned if I attempted to write another review on this site. By an anonymous admin. I would at the least like to know what about the review was offensive, as I've submitted similar reviews on other sites and they've been acceptable there. It's certainly not my intent to be contentious.

If we don't have the freedom to write even-handed and informative reviews, why are we paying for memberships?

How do we contact the site admin? I understand the terms of service and that reversals of rulings are "rare" (your words) but I really wanted to know why my review was considered objectionable - it seemed like a personal opinion. In fact, the admin said "see the previous ruling" and the previous ruling was "this looks like a blog posting." But I completely rewrote the review from scratch. The original review was taken down when beta testers of the game whined to the admin staff. I suspect the same thing happened in this case. Perhaps there was a mistake and the staff thought I simply spammed your site with a repeat of the same review. I didn't. I rewrote it as a carefully written review to meet the needs of the site.

I'd like the opportunity to talk to the administrators.
