I believe a game with a huge impact should never be forgotten. It's the one that inspire many developers and considered revolutionary such as Super Mario Bros. We should not judge a console by it's hardware but it's games that made differences in gaming.
uh GTA SA on ps2 sold like 10 million most of any game ever, id say thats the biggest impact, especially with it spawning all the copy-cat sandbox games like saints row, crackdown, true crime, driver3 and 4, etc.
