Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is a new title in the monster hunter series.

It's comparable to when the new pokemon games come out.

Same game, new content/different location.

Sharpening weapons is an essential part to Monster Hunter. This has been in since the very first game, and has been included in every single release. This isn't going to change, as it's all part of what makes Monster Hunter so much fun.

Having to dodge a monsters attack, and run to it's blind spot to safely sharpen your weapon, then run back into the fray. It's extremely rewarding when you learn to do it effectively.

if you don't like the speed of the character there isn't a whole lot to do about it unfortunately... Although it's important to dodge, simply running around with your weapon sheathed is only going to let you avoid so much. Timing appropriate dodges is key. Essentially get all the enemies attention, dodge when they attack, draw your weapon and hit them until you see them advancing for another attack. Dodge/sheath your weapon, then repeat the process. Proper strategy against specific monsters obviously has more involved than that above, but these are things you need to either learn yourself or learn from FAQs, and are far too many to fit into a single post. The speed of the game is set to create a sense of risk and reward. If you were able to attack and kill every enemy without fear (like a hack and slash game, dynasty warriors, god of war etc.) it would completely change the entire feel of monster hunter, and most of the people who enjoy it's unique gameplay would move away from the series.

it sounds reasonable, except that they want the 3ds and the wiiu version to be as similar to eachother as they can.

this includes the top and bottom screen functionality.

for wii u the top screen is the TV, the bottom screen is the small screen in the gamepad.

closest you have to offline co-op requires the use of the 3DS handheld (which is amazing, and essentially what you're asking for), all it requires is some additional hardware and software

I feel bad for Jon in the article here because he's clearly too nice a guy to get proper results.

You call them and you get mad, you get them to fix the situation. You bought those games, and you want access to them, period.

You get tranferred to managers and regional directors until you finally talk to someone that can fix the problem.  This isn't rocket science.

He isn't being vague, hell the nintendo website has a FULL LIST of the games he has bought.  It should take a tech-monkey 5 minutes to unlock those games for him. This is totally unacceptable and I wouldn't allow it.

Throw the $200 credit in their face and demand the GAMES that you already have the digital rights to have access to and to play.
