I have SLi 7600GS AMD 64 4800+ 2GB DDR2 Ram and run the Game on full speck at 1024 x 768 and it runs mostly fine just here and there I get some slight slow down. Seems that the people who worked on the engine have made a good job of getting it to run on lower spec PCs good on them.

All those people who are calling this article dumb saying 'we knew this already' why did you read it then???? If you already knew all this stuff why did not just go away and play the games at you custom settings? Really good this gamespot nice and informative taught me 1 or 2 new things well done.

To be honest can't see much. You can write code to make the game run and load the graphics faster but once you have reached the limit on the hardware you cant do anymore to improve the graphics really. Both the games have good graphics though.

Sony is going to have to work very hard to try and win back people trust over the next few years. Some people who really like the playstation brand (I was one once) will go out and buy the console no matter how much its costs. Sony will have to work hard on people like me who are not loyal to a particular brand but who want a good games platform. I agree with the price solution that Gamespot offers and Gamespot are right in saying the Song needs to standardize the online play. The Xbox 360 system works I know it costs money but I would gladly pay for an account. Surely with the large price tag on the PS3 Sony could implement such a system for free, that would make a serious challenge to Microsoft online.

I'm changing from my PS2 to a 360 because of the price tag and because I can stream my media content from my PC to the 360.

Firstly: Don't diss the Gates man we need to remember without Microsoft and Windows the world of computing would not be what it is today and that is a FACT! Secondly: Im not going to upgrade to Vista right away, I shall wait for another year as I only bought a pc last October and dont see the point spending more money. What I want to know is can I run DX10 on my SLi Geforce 7600GS cards or not? If not well then its of to the money tree to spend another £400 (yes im it the UK) for a new card which simply bites!
