Sorry for posting here but i guess it's here i'll get a good answer.
Bought my Elite and need to transfer the data from the 20GB to the 120GB. But i'm waiting on Microsoft for the transfer kit. I'd like to hook-up my Elite right now though, and i'd still use my 20GB tilli can transfer. But i want to buy a handful of XBLA titles. So i want to know if these are tied to the 360 internal memory OR the hard drive? As you all know downloading a XBLA title on a console and then playing it on another console doesn't allow you to play it unless you are logged onto Live. That sucks. So if it's tied to the internal memory i will download them ASAP on my Elite since they won't be tied to the 20GB i'll be using for now. But if they're tied to the HDD, i'll obviously prefer to wait till my Elite is rocking with the 120GB.
Sorry if it's hard to make any sense out of what i wrote, but i'm sure some will get it and have an answer for me. Thanks!
So i have a Pro since about a year and a half. Finally bought an Elite yesterday! :D
I'll be tansfering data from the 20gb to my new 120gb when i get the cable and stuff form Microsoft.
What i want to know is about my safety. As soon as the transfer is complete, my Pro 360 is going on eBay. Will there be anything left attached to my Pro or 20gb like data, saves, personnal information, account, credit card number!, password. Or is everything safe and gone after the transfer when i'll log to Live with the Elite + 120gb? Never too safe!!
Also how does the transfer works? Like can i simply hook up my Elite right now with the old 20gb on it until i can transfer or should i waint since i willhave to use the Pro again after tranfer to clear it or something?
Thanks a whole lot again people!
Totally understandable that the game is not to your likings. Everybody has different tastes, and no game is loved by everybody.
But there's no way you can't agree that it's a fantastic game. The way it sounds with your first post it seems you're dissing it because you don't like it.
I mean i can see greatness in a game/movie even if i don't personally like it. But i like greatness usually.
Bioshock has it all. Seems you just don't get it. Too bad for you.
The game is on rail? Many times during the game you can choose to go many different places in the order you want.Plus at most any point throughout the whole game you can basically go anywhere in the whole game! So just your first complaint seems wrong...
