There is a guy that works on Resistance 2 that comes on this forum. I an now his friend on PSN. He was playing a game called Girl With A Stick which I found out on the internet was the code-name for the Resistance 2 Private Beta. I am not lying.
Game isn't that hard homie. Only takes like 3 hrs to beat, but yes you need to play more and you'll end up getting the weapons to break the cave door down.

You need to go there when you return to the island with your weapons, do it after the battle. You need to use the fusion bomb to blow the gate and you will find a mod, if you carry on and go into the next room you'll find another mod and the figure. (Take some light with you so you can see it)
How would I take light when I have swim after I blow up the gate with a fusion grenade?
In the second planet,(Hoolefer Island I think?) if you go into the ocean and start swimming, towards the wall to where you have to stop, look around in the sand and there is a Qwark statue in the sand. It is from his chest up and I think it is from a statue in ToD. Qwark is in this game!
