hi ive installed the oblivion goty edition expansions shivering isle and knights of the nine..... i know for a fact that shivering isles is working because i loaded up a previous character and it said there was a new quest.

but my knights of the nine expansion seems to no work...i went to frostcrag to see the wizards tower but it wasnt there at all.. and i cannot access the horse armour... also the vile lair wasnt there

my friend bought goty edition for pc, and his works fine...he got the deeds to both locations and got horse armour, am i installing it wrong?? someone please help
