I buy Half Life 2 Game of the year edition (freeman and woman in cover) And i try to get Cs:source/Dod:source from steam. But it says i need to buy it! Isnt it anymore free? or what i need to do that i get em work. please help

I just buyed game today (game of the year edition? girl and freeman in cover.) i go games -> activate a product on steam. And it asks Product code. I put my serial number in it but it says it needs product code? Where can i find product code? I didnt find it in quick reference card. Please help.
