@tzolynski @Licurgo Ummmm... That's nice. Which one are you enjoying the most (no trolling here, sincere question)? PS4 or XONE?

Thanks!

@tzolynski I understand. Luckily, I kept my PS3 (and bought a Vita), so I get a lot of games every month. I still use my PS3 more than my PS4 though, and this is a little frustrating. I've been thinking about FF XIV. It's one of those games that can keep anyone busy for a while. Anyway, I'm happy with PS+, but I can understand that for PS4 only users this beginning is very slow.

@tzolynski @HowlPendragon Well, the VG just came out, so the year old AAA are not available yet. I'm sure that in less than a year we'll see Kill Zone and some of the other launch titles available for PS4. I agree that the collection for PS4 is sad compared to the PS3 or Vita, but I think we have to give it some time.

@geezerdaman @Licurgo I completely agree with your argument that PS+ is not free (I don't think anyone would contest that). However, it's really hard to argue that is financially better to buy the games instead of "renting" them for a undetermined amount of time. I believe Emperor's analogy with Netflix absolutely valid... but hey, you're entitled to your opinion and you do whatever you want with your money.

@geezerdaman @Licurgo So your argument is that is better to not subscribe to PS+ if you like big disk based games and use this money to buy the physical copy of these games?

@geezerdaman Why? I mean, why digital versions of disk based games are different and should not be part of the deal (or should get a special treatment)?

@ibonedyourmom @88Metallica I did something similar to you. My memberships expires in 2017. PS+ is so good that I wonder if it will eventually harm their business. I confess that I deliberately don't buy some games that I'm mildly interested in playing and just wait for them to come out for PS+, since most of the well reviewed games eventually come out for PS+. I did that for Bioshock Infinite, Brothers and some others.

@Stesilaus Yes! Exactly! I had both consoles for most part of this generation and up to 2010 I was a stronger defender of the 360. I honestly thought that the lineup was better, the interface, multiplayer, controller, etc.

Things gradually changed after kinectic, you just have to see the amount of exclusives for 360 before and after it. They actually didn't diminish that much, they simply drastically shifted towards kinectic. Maybe that resulted in more money for MS, but for the part that I'm concern (games), that piece of crap was an gigantic step back.

So far I just bought a PS4 and I don't know when I'm buying a X1, maybe next year or after a price drop. It's kind of sad, because the 360 was amazing and the competition between sony and MS made this generation one of the bests, if not the best (IMHO). Now MS is determined to shovel that gimmick down everybody's throat or destroy their gaming division trying.

@LeoKRock Maybe if they can come up with a very good controller, since the touch screen ins't good at all. Still, the convenience of the consoles is hard to beat. I mean, I bought the PS4 this week... I know this machine is going to run all the games made for it for the next 6 - 7 years, same is true for the Xbox one. I don't have to worry if the frame rate is low, if I need to upgrade to new model, etc. I just have to wait for the games. I don't think something like that will ever happen with iPads (and others) since the whole business is based on yearly iterations. Maybe I'm shortsighted here, but I can't see the mobiles becoming relevant to the core community anytime soon.
