Morrowind is a lot better. Fable gets boring really quickly and is short. Morrowind is a huge game where you can do almost anything and have a lot more things to do. You can play Morrowind for 200 hours and still not be done with the game.julian_jr
I'd say get both they're cheap enough. But julian_jr is right. I have over 100 hours in Morrowind and I know I have a lot more to do yet. It is such a huge and engaging game that it doesn't get old. Fable:TLC was a short but very enjoyable rpg. I would consider it more of a pick up and play game where Morrowind is a game of investing your time into it for a huge return. But get both, why limit yourself to only one of the best rpg's on the original xbox.
That is hard to pick. Halo series did so much for the success of the xbox. Ninja Gaiden Black is one of the most beautiful and smoothly animated games of all time. Morrowind is such a deep and engaging RPG. KOTOR is one of the best Star Wars games of all time. And Fable is a very good rpg for anyone to play. I know some people like Jade Empire better and it could probably be included as well in this list.
If it had to be one, this isn't my favorite game but it would have to be Halo, not Halo II. The original Halo is what put the Xbox on the video game scene. In my opinion had it not been for the success of Halo, we might not be playing the 360 right now. The console war could have been between Sony/Ninteno again.
[QUOTE="LDouglasLJr"]Nintendo: The company that resurrected the video game for the home after Atari collapse. They are also a company that has done a lot for the industry as a whole. The touch screen of the DS. The motion controller of the Wii. The first handheld system that captured a large audience with the Gameboy. I mean Nintendo has done a lot for the industry.WhiteFlame-XIII
Thanks for the compliment WhiteFlame. I guess since I've played video games since Christmas of 82 when I got my Atari 2600 and pretty much every console in between then and now, I've seen a lot, play a lot and read a lot about video games over the years. No matter what Nintendo's next console and there will be one, I just hope it follows in the footsteps of the DS/Wii and gives us some thing innovative again and not repeat their mistakes with the GC. Only time will tell if they've learned from their mistakes in the previous generation.
it looks like you know your stuff about games...
