Main problem is the backgrounds and the character models and I think this article is really trying to slip around those issues. You can see it in the first set of shots where 2 of the 4 are of the exact same river from a different angle while they change locations in the other two. It's also probably not a coincedence that all of them were taken in places where you're looking at or standing in water or somewhere where that "Xbox lighting" can be shown off while in the other two you're looking at the ground, or at a wall, to show just how grainy things "used to be". For the character models, sure, the armor is really shiny now, the downfall is really what's underneath those helmets. There need to be pictures of Hood, Miranda, or Johnson in there, the guys they couldn't just make shiny. I guess it doesn't really matter, but seriously shouldn't be misleading people who might care about those types of things.

God the NES was a POS.

MGS4, FFXIII, GTAIV, Supreme Commander, Army of Two, GRAW2 are my must buys this year. Well, the unmentioned ones. Spore, HL2, and Bioshock are kind of a given.
