Pour moi, it has to be number 1, Gears 2, number 2, Fable 2 - it looks brilliant, number 3, Fallout 3 - needs no explanation and finally the new CoD, World at War. Resi Evil 5 looks good, shame it ain't out for Xmas... :)

Dead space looks good too, I've put it on my birthday list, along with Mass Effect - is Mass Effect any good?

Mass Effect is a great game. Especially if you liked either Knights of the Old Republic. It's a great RPG.

In no particular order, except Fallout 3! I haven't been as excited for a game since Oblivion or Halo 3

Fallout 3 (Probably going to be in the running for GOTY, but with so many other high-hype games out there, it'll be tough)

Resident Evil 5

Fable 2

Gears of War 2

Halo Wars (still a while to go)

Halo 3: Recon

FF XIII

Diablo 3

[QUOTE="KoldFlame0"]The Wii is i think either $200 or $250, and the 360 was around 400, it is at 300 now. The PS3 also started out at 600, dropped to 500, and is not at 400.Denji

I was just hoping for some input on what makes the PS3 worth the $400 dollars

Your exact words.

But I guess because I live in Canada or something. Prices are sometimes different with taxes and all. I never paid any attention to PS3 prices because I didn't need to. So I thought the 40gig was $400 or something.

Sorry, I meant the PS3 is now at 400. I didn't realize I put not.

Well, thanks a lot everyone. Chances are I'll probably be getting a PS3 in the next 6 months or so. Dj_Lae, thank you very much for the "not-so-biased" information. MGS4 was almost reason enough for me to get a PS3 especially when it got a 10/10. I've actually owned generally a majority of rival companies systems. Ps and Super Nintendo (despite the age differences), Xbox, PS2, and Gamecube. Now the 360, Wii (soon to be sold), so it's only a matter of time before the PS3 hits my room. The information really helped though, thanks.

I've been a Sony person since the Playstation, I still own my Playstation and have a Playstation 2. I currently own a Wii and 360, but not a PS3 solely because the price. I was just hoping for some input on what makes the PS3 worth the $400 dollars. So far, none of the games that have come out particularly appease to me, except MGS4 and Little Big Planet. The rest of the games are all multi-platformers. What makes the PS3 great and stand out above the rest. Platform games, specs, concepts, anything like that. I'm just looking for opinions about whether the 400 dollars is worth it. Thanks.
