Should be better than my card. Tell us why?

I've only got a MSI Nvidia Geforce NX7600 GT Diamond plus(£130) and i can play Oblivion at 1920x1080 60hz on my Sony 52" LCD. That's with full on everything settings. Trust me when i say the money is better spent on a good screen.
