Okay you do have a point, but rather than pour as much money as they can into the console's power. Nintendo trys to make their console's fresh and fun to play. Not the same thing only, with better graphics and some minor tweeks here and there.
I'm not trying to say good graphics are bad, and yes I know a console has to have a lot of power to play bigger games. I'm just saying that power isn't every thing, yes more power can create better games, but not all ways and low power consoles can have great games. If you don't belive me go play Super Mario Bros 3 for the SNES. That game beats most modern games.
I see what you're tying to say and yes I love indie titles, but what I'm saying is Nintendo isn't afraid of trying new things with their consoles. I really like that about them.
And about your coment on how the 360 has more unique games than the Wii. I'm not trying to be rude, but the Wii has Super Mario Galaxy 1&2, Metroid Other M, Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword, I could go on and on.
I'm not saying I don't like Sony or Microsoft (I really do.) I just like Nintendo better.
Not really, the GameCube blew the PS2 out of the watter with graphical capabilitys. And was slightly better than the Xbox.
Now I'm not saying the Xbox and PS2 didn't have some impressive looking games (They really did.) But I still say the GameCube was better (Graphicly anyways.)
This is why I like Nintendo, they could care less about graphics and other crap that makes a video game "Cool" And just makes them unique and fun to play. I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but ya know what, I don't care.
Why can't we just have a new SPYRO game. Ya know Spyro, the (once) Cute and awesome dragon that kicked butt! But now he Cynder and Sparx have been turned into....... Some crap that you have to pay like 300 bucks on! Why can't we have another Clasic or Legend of Spyro game? Now I'm not trying to offend any Skylander fans, but I don't see the point in spending 300+ bucks for a game thats only "OK". This kind of crap is why I hate Activision.
