I did it online and never ecieved a confirmation email either but still recieved the empty repair box in about a week. I personally think it is better to do it online instead of having to deal with their horrible customer service.

I would also like to point out that it takes more skill to get kills with the M16 against people using fully automatic weapons, so it obviously isn't "just for teh n00bs" as many would say.
Woot woot grammar police lol. I'm hoping that is sarcasm if you did not notice it is spelled with a J on purpose to go with my first name. I will admit the m16 is the best AR but it definitely does not take skill to use. It takes just one 3 shot burst to the chest to take someone down with the m16, the m16 has virtually no recoil, there is a reason it is the first weapon you get to use online. The ak47 has terrible recoil when firing full auto which is why it is a challenge to actually take someone down from long range compared to the m16 which is why I love to use I feel like I actually deserve the kill instead of feeling cheap by using the m16.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and also bigger sales does not equal better quality. I personally enjoy halo every once in a while but honestly its not the greatest fps ever made like most people claim.
I like to switch up the weapons I use every once in a while but so far my favorites have to be the ak47, m4 silenced, and the g3 silenced. I dont know why but I like to use under rated weapons seems like more of a challenge to me than being the millionth m16 user.
Ok I'll admit it I harvested every single little sister with no remorse my first time through, but on my second run I saved them all just to prove to myself I wasn't going to hell so yeah everything pretty much balanced itself out for me.
Yup same situation here microsoft has just received my 360 and they are repairing it now. I really don't want to miss out on a free game so I'm going to my friends house with my hard drive and downloading it there.
