Folklore was really good and I'm the only one out of my friends who has it. I havn't tried Shadows of the Damned. Is it an rpg? Also, I thought Vanquish had really clunky controls and a very poorly written/uninspired story.

Halo 3. I don't own a box so the first time I was blown away by the experience was at my pals playing co-op campaign. In that moment I was quite jealous. Lol.

Yes, hypothetically it would have gotten other multiplats. Multiplats are good for devs because its more dollars. I agree with Zimdoom though, Nintendo focuses on the wrong third party to attract mature gamers. Of course; they know that xbox/ps3/pc has a strangehold on mature gaming, so they don't bother and scoop up all the cauals/youth gamers. With the most consoles sold by a vast amount, they clearly made the right choice.

Only game I can think of that is even close is Rocket Knight Adventures. You're some kind of mouse knight guy out to save a princess. There are boss fights but I don't remember any water balloon pumping thing. There is a level where you jump from mine cart to mine cart on a roller coaster type track. Maybe that's it?

I don't mind 12 per side if the map size remained the same. I love BC2 on the console so I don't think it would make a difference to me. If I had no bills or responsibilities or parents to pay for all my expenses I could probably afford to be a PC gamer and would play it there instead. Unfortunately that isn't the reality.

Classic Rampage. Sonic; Mario, that kinda thing. On the PS3; a quick go of ladder mode in Mortal Kombat is currently like my gaming stress reliever. Anything mindless yet satisfying.

Its different from other shooters online. Brutal Melee's on other human players are sickly satisfying. The community is what you'd expect to see in an online shooter, so no surprise there. It does take a long time to really get to the juicy bits of the classes; but I suppose they couldn't make it too easy for you = p. Over all; I liked it. It won't replace battlefield, but enjoyable. A great multiplayer for something different

I really like Liara. She is sexy and badass. The Volus are quite amusing as well.

Kinthalis had a very good point. I'm seeing this attitude toward gaming develop already with my younger siblings. Its very disheartening

In recent memory, games like LA Noire for its almost scary level of detail in facial animation. Shadow of the Colossus left me feeling a sense of wonder. It was a very enthralling experience. Little Big Planet's level editor and community. You guys have me very interested in this Metro 2033 thing. I've never heard of it. Indie game on PC or something?
