Naw dude, they're awesome. I have FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX, and Grandia on my PS3/PSP, and the run perfectly. However, I;ve heard that Dark Forces has compatibility issues when played on the PS3; however, it's fine on the PSP.

Recently I just checked PSN is flooded with some of the best PSOne classics (for download). There are many oldies that could not play earlier like MGS and FFVIII :(. I was wondering if getting them by downloading off PSN and playing it on PS3 is a good idea or not. Have any of you tried it? Would there be texture bleeding, constant jittery of 3D models when played on PS3? I own a 32" Samsung LCD. Please let me know, if these games are worth buying and playing them on LCD + PS3.
This is definitely stupidity on their part.....y hasnt it been fixed :( ? I was waiting for this driver so long....even i have got ATI x1950pro .... and m dying to play this the way it was meant! However, i am playing the game on my lappy (8600GT) - works so fine on it. Today i am downloading 8.6 drivers.....hoping for the issue to be fixed .... but from your post....i am worried now :(
