LOL I love this article... a year later and a few months away from the next generation of consoles the xbox 360 is shockingly down in sales compared to a year ago. What genius actually thought this was important enough news to do an article on it??
@xreadmore @instigator81 The same tools are there for Sony, and I believe someone posted somewhere that if approached by the government that sony would release information too (but I can't remember if it was on here or IGN). I am not saying it is right (cause it is far from it) but the more technology that comes out, the easier it is for the government to get there hands on information. I can't see the NSA hiring people to go through hundreds of thousands of hours of data on people they are not investigating, and if they do I feel bad for the US taxpayer. If you are a shady underhanded person who delves into criminal activity I would suggest you don't do stuff in front of the kinect.
@Inquisitha @xreadmore What secrets are people going to be revealing while playing video games, or watching TV, or skyping? Those people need there head examined. Kind of glad I don't live in the US.

He/she didn't really state an opinion, is was a bash against MS, which I guess at this point they deserve. I expect it from people like Fartfast guess I didn't expect it from a mod, but as I stated everything on here is biased so I really shouldn't be surprised.

@Soulreavercross I don't see why they would... unless they have a TV deal in place in Europe... And Cod is coming out for both systems so I am not sure why they would speak about it.
