This game looks great, but the one thing I never liked about the AC series is the loading screens against a weak ass white background, and I can't stand the way the world materializes before your eyes, reminding you that you're only in a virtual world, I don't really think its necessary and really ruins the experience. They should just scrap that portion completely. To me it just ruins the whole feel.

Now back to AC4. I got back into the AC series since I got AC3, I totally skipped on AC2 and all the spin offs from it, I just wanted a different venue. I have to say the Locales from AC4 look bad ass, and I really like the way they are emphasizing on Ship Combat, I freaking loved it from AC3, and welcome the direction they are taking. I always loved games with pirates, just brings me back to my childhood.

Although I'm excited about this game, I won't be buying it day 1. The AC games always drops in price within a few months. As a matter of fact I don't buy any game brand new at full retail.

Now I can agree that Ubisoft makes to many AC games, you also have to appreciate the fact that they're bringing something new & fresh this time. Compare them for a second to EA, when it comes to their sports games, when you look at it from that light, its much different. I do feel like game developers are relying heavily on sequels, but do you really blame them? There's definitely more of a risk going for a completely new game, for one, there's no name recognition with new games & new titles, and only the hardcore gameres will take notice & do further research on their own to discover that this is a really great game, for example "Watch Dogs" although its made by Ubisoft, a casual gamer on the streets may not notice the full potential of this game. I can go on and on.

In conclusion, I feel this game will be the best AC game yet, but you shouldn't discount this game just because you know other sequels are coming. As a matter of fact, we should be happy that Ubisoft is dedicated to continuing on the story. Personally I think its a bit too much, but hey, if they improve on their previous games and bring something new to the table, why not?

However, I feel like they shouldn't release the game at full price of $59.99 If they really want to see this game fly off the shelves on release, they should price it at $39.99.

Sorry for the long ass comment LOL and thanks for reading.
