@ Eugen-male, look at PS3 exclusives such as MGS4 that showcase the PS3 as a 'graphical powerhouse' now look at a good multiplatform game like COD 4 or even an Xbox exclusive like Gears 2. Granted, MGS4 looks the best, but it's not as if it's monumentally superior to the Xbox. Saying the Xbox 'Holds the PS3 back' is only true if the developers want to make the graphics better than they can be on the xbox, for many (nay, most) games, that's not even an issue, as developers put more time into making good gameplay. If you care about graphics so much, a PC is the best option, surpassing both consoles. I am an Xbox fanboy, I admit it, but I do wish I had MGS4, Killzone 2 and LittleBigPlanet (among others) however, saying 'No xbox 360 shooter is even close to killzone 2' is evidence that you are a fanboy 2. Graphically, I can think of a few games comparable to Killzone: Gears, Far Cry, Mass Effect etc. And If you're on about gameplay then that's all about personal taste. It seems that the PS3 has yet to reach its prime, I reckon it will surpass the 360 in the years to come, much like the xbox/PS2, but as of now, this comparison is showing that your descision on which console to own shouldn't be based on graphics.

I like what they did to gridlock and canals, mansion and subway not so much, keep ONE rainy map for pete's sake, add a bit of variety, if nothing else. Tyro station should have remained orange, seriously, it was a signature look.

Project zero? THAT was a scary game, IMO the Japanese do horror the best way, psychological fear that you create yourself is far more potent than a tangible enemy.
