@Bahamut50: That's what I do. I bought MLB The Show 21 because they added the option ot play as a two way player in road to the show. Haven't bought one since, still enjoy playing that game off and on over the past several years. My RTTS career is up to year 15 or so.

"Elden Ring showed that developer From Software is more than able to deliver great performance on these new machines. As such, it's clear that FromSoft has the technical expertise to make Bloodborne run well on a PS5, or a PC for that matter."

This is hilariously misrepresenting the reality. Fromsoft makes absolutely incredible games, but "technical expertise" is not really part of the package. All of their games exhibit a variety of technical issues, Elden Ring being no exception. They also continue to cap their PC releases at 60 FPS, which is a blatantly out of date practice.

Bloodborne is a PS4 game, so a PS5/PC upgrade should be expected to hit certain performance thresholds, but to frame it as Fromsoft being a great technical studio is just way off the mark.

@rewgle: This is good news if only for the fact that is sounds like new episodes are going up on Disney+ immediately. The current deal with HBO has a huge delay, with new episodes only going up on HBO Max something like 6 months after their initial airing on the BBC. As someone without cable TV, the only option to watch new episodes when they are actually new is to buy them through amazon video (or a similar service) or explore the high seas. Having episodes go on Disney+ more or less at the same time it airs on BBC will be a huge improvement.

@gamerboy100: The difference is that developers that release games on Switch have chosen to do so. With Microsoft's policy regarding Series S and X, you cannot make a game for one but not the other. So, developers are building games designed to target Series X and PS5 hardware, but they have to account for the lower spec Series S whether they want to or not.

@YukoAsho: Due to inflation, $60 in 2006 is the equivalent of $81 in 2021. So, $70 in 2021 is actually less than $60 in 2006.

@johnny0779: It is worth keeping in mind that Sony puts out a lot of single player games that don't have microtransactions. Other companies may charge $60 up front, but those games are also pushing microtransactions and live service content to keep you paying. With games like God of War, Horizon, Spider-Man, and Ratchet and Clank, the only price you pay is the cost of the game and maybe an expansion down the line. Personally, I'd rather pay an extra $10 for the game than be constantly pestered to keep spending money as I play the game.

@punk2218: Well, I have to hand it to you, this is a new one. You're accusing the reviewer of being paid off for giving the game a bad review? Who exactly is meant to have paid him off?

This is a worthless article. Everyone who died from the snap will be back, everyone that died before that will stay dead. Speculating that some will come back from the snap and some won't makes no sense.
