Yeah I saw this too, he said it's in Oregon. Show is officially over now, after being unofficially over about 7-9 years ago! It's just a shell of its former self now,

Not exactly, it was a smithing/metal work elective, swords and knives were obviously the only things we were not allowed to make. Every student was required to take a elective every year in my school district from 7th grade on. I usually went with the hobby classes and took print shop and metal working before I moved into woodworking. This was during the 90's before budgetcuts and threats of lawsuits probbly shut these programs down.
