@CharlesBurns Don't get me wrong charles, I think its a great idea, if the failure rate was non existent. But, unfortunately things break. I have a Sony HX850 (only better tv on the market is the HX950). I love Sony products and never had an issue with any of them. . Maybe one day this can come true. But sadly that day is not anytime soon.

@CharlesBurns Sorry to say this but this is not a good idea. For example, you have this awesome smart 3d tv with a camera, and gaming system. What happens when one of the many components fails. Are you going to ship your 40 lb tv back to Sony to fix it. Wait 3 weeks without a tv only to get it back and another component fails again. Sorry buddy this is a bad idea and no company would make a stupid move like this. Also, please note Sony Pictures, is different then Sony Home Entertainment. Which is different then the Sony Playstation. Yes they all share same the Same Sony name but are different branches of the same parent
