lol when pretty much your entire character system are block shaped dolls, and block shaped levels with lots of blocks, you an put lots of color, and graphics affects and high resolution, lets see killzone 2 with that kind of graphics? thought so they'd have to cut back.

Please try to make more sense next time.

LBP looks fantastic. Probably gonna rebuy a PS3 this weekend. I decided that I'll always be a lemming, but it's better to own all the systems. :D

Yeah, except that PSN is almost just as good, PC way better and both are totally free.

Xbox Live is one of the biggest milkage in video game history, it's hard to believe so many people are getting it.

Spring update. Live will be either revamped or changed quite a bit, once again blowing PSN out of the water. I do use my friends PS3 and PSN is great, but this update is going to be something else. And besides, we're not neccasarily being "milked." That money is used to make Live better, among other things. It's just like World of Warcraft.

[QUOTE="PS_John"]Id rather have a lag free, free online service than a lag fest $50 a year service but thats just my personal preferenceorganic_machine

I've seen your posts, and they represent someone who is willing to deny great games for the sake of company name.

Fixed. Be careful, talking like you did may get you modded.

Haha good point.

By the way, for anyone that says PSN will surpass Live, think again:

They're preparing the code for big updates. Really big.

It's become a matter of desperation the last 2 generations. We actually use things like this to judge a system. I honestly can't believe people are actually ****ing about paying for Xbox Live. Really, up to 9,000,000 people beg to differ. Pricing of it isn't the problem at all. It's just a desperate ploy made by a majority of cows to try and bring down the 360. Besides, it's worth the money, with all the DLC we get, the great service, etc. Oh and, I've only experienced lag in a game ONCE. I've tried PSN and it's a great service, but it just doesn't compete with LIVE. I can understand talking about the RROD, because it makes customers unhappy, but millions of people have Xbox Live Gold accounts, so is price really a problem?

It really depends on priorities. I personally don't really go online that much to game so, when I do, I use PSN because it doesn't cost. I can imagine that, if I played online more regularly, I would probably keep an Xbox Live subscription. Also, in other countries, it is not so cheap. In the UK, last time I checked, it was £40 for a year ($80).

Oh, and DLC is separate to Xbox Live subscrip fees.

It's monthly or yearly. I'm sure most of them can pay a small amount monthly. Paying at the end of the year is usually for the people who know they'll have spare cash on them come December. I know it's expensive but if people are playing it everyday, then they have to be doing something right don't you think?

its to bad pc gamers get more for free.warmaster670

Yes, because the PC is not a console. There's too many different types, and Operating Systems, and etc for it to be controlled all by one service. PC gaming is just too vast to only have one online service. That's why it has several.
