Okay, everytime I start playing a game on my computer, I get a bunch of artifacts about 10-20 seconds into the game. If I don't quit the game quickly, my computer will freeze and I have to reboot.

I have an 2.4ghz P4 processor, 6600GT AGP at stock clock speeds, 1 optical drive, 1 hdd, and a pos 220w Compaq psu. This is the setup I have been using for the past year and a half and I have had no problems up until a few days ago. The core temps on the 6600GT only get into the high 60's to low 70's when I try to play a game and in the mid 50's at idle. I am guessing that my psu is the problem, but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

I agree. Virtual Boy is Nintendo's most disappointing system. N64 was in no way a disappointment.

But yes, it should be able to handle it (not in CrossFire though).

Also, you should know that ATi dominated the later part of the DX9 generation. Heck, the X1900 XTX beats the 7900GTX, even though its older than the 7900GTX.

Well not according to Tom'shardware 2007 GPU charts. Which I don't understand since I usually see the 1900XTX having the higher score. It's all about the price/performance sweetspot which Nvidia usually takes the cake for.
