Two things wrong with your post. 1, I have never see that post on any fansight much less on the official forums. In fact it came about while I was enjoying the content on the making of diablo 3 dvd I recieved with my collectors edition when I decided to go back and look at the original videos I remember saving. While playing Diablo 3 it becomes obvious something is different from what was remembered in the marketing of it a few years ago. This original post, again is a retrospect...a look back if you will and its combined with a simple question based statement, what happened?

The second is that the post you link to and mine are worlds apart. They are not the same, its pretty obvious. If I was mimicking that post, then I would have copied and pasted it, rather than spend the 15 minutes or so typing it out and gathering the sound bytes that stood out.

Now you can go ahead and assume all you want but the fact is you read into my post and gave it qualities that were not there and intent that you couldnt really claim with any absolute certainty. It seems silly and childish, perhaps reactionary since by my own perception you seem keen on trying to protect the product from questionable posts.

To touch on what is currently troubling Diablo 3 is currently in every forum. If you filter out the whining and refund posts, you can find the construction and well detailed threads describing the design flaws, missing content or other such imbalances and fixes which would solve the games numerous issues.

I am also a believer that a game should follow its GDD (game design document) to a T when it comes to launching a title. Diablo 3. Only when it does is the title actually considered complete.

What's currently troubling diablo are people like yourself. You offer no constructive criticism and just complain, complain and complain. If the game is such a letdown. QUIT!!!! There are other games out there.

Anyway, this post is over for me but before I go, i'll say Diablo 3 is a great game that gave me hours of fun with my friends. Well worth the 60 dollars I spent on it. Does it have it's flaws, absolutley. In all honestly what game doesn't. In the meantime, I can't wait for the PvP patch and still plan on putting alot more hours into it. Also, IMO don't play it solo (except maybe the first time, for the story). Having friends with you on the higher difficulties (hell and up) is where the fun is at.

As for you Shiftfallout, I could really care less what you say or think. I do wish you luck in your gaming future though. You sound like a hard man to please so I hope you find a game up to your quality of standards. Thanks for the entertainment I got out of this thread and good luck on you future troll endeavours.

You might want to avoid the official forums then because if my retrospect makes you angry and assumptous, then the official forums will probably have you going on a rampage.

Like I said, I've seen the original post on the official forums and the 15 reposts the trolls keep copying and claiming Blizzard is deleteing. Now I come here and see the same post (well your version of it). Atleast here, the trolls are no where near as bad as the official forums (as you confirmed in your quote). I guess you would like to change that though.

I all ready told you they talked about every change during the course of the development. Go do your own research instead of wondering and waiting for someone to spoon feed you the info. Even though we all know you are really just waiting for people to come in here and agree with you so you can call us fanboys and hate on the game together. That is what you want right?

Why not discuss the real problems with this game as of now. Blizz even put up a nice post about the up coming changes. You are trying WAY TO HARD to hate this game and stir up controversy. The first video was the tech demo and the final product is always different. Go watch the the Starcraft 2 tech demo video. Same thing happened, there was a lot different when that game released also.

As for the other videos, deal with it. They make changes to games over the course of development. If you hung out in the forums during the development, they explained to fans why they made these changes. Go do your own research on that if don't believe me. I was fortunate to get into the beta early and you wouldn't believe how much was different. For example the blacksmith did repair back then and we actually had scrolls of identify. We even had a scroll for a pet that picked up gold! Anyway, things change!!

I've seen the version of this post on the official forums too. You trolls keep posting it thinking you are on to something. It's pretty sad really. Either ask for a refund and quit the game or post some constructive feedback about the current gamestate.
