For the second time in 2 years my xbox 360 died (3 rings of death) and how surprised was I when discovered that in one year microsoft repair center has gotten a thousand times worse. My terrible experience began when I was told that i needed to ship my power cord along with my broken xbox, never mind that the cord and brick barely fit in the box they sent me, I managed to squeeze it into the box and ship it to them. The process lasted 1 month and 3 weeks, I finally received my Xbox 360 today, relieved I opened the box only to discover that there was no power cord. When checkin in with the terrible custmer support I discovered that they only ship the power cord after I received the xbox 360 and that it takes 10 days for me to receive it, oh and they don't work on fridays. With that I now renounce my xbox "fanboysm"!!!!! I used to tell everyone to get an Xbox 360 that it was the best console on the market, well now I say F$$K THEM no one should buy this crappy console.

Any of microsoft fanboys that want to defend this piece of cr@p company can go right ahead!!!
