Well if the games Sony as announced before E3 was any indicator they are going to bring their A game just like in the 09 show. Massive numbers of games on all there platforms, and it's almost certen that the PS2 will finaly be dropped. 3D, and PS Move will be part of the show, though they might not be as big as everybody thinks Sony is going to make them. It may just be a small side show with the real gems tucked away for the gamers. Sony has said that while PS Move is going to be huge, and 3D will be there they are going to be all about gamer games this year. That message should be a massive green light for how Sony will steal the show at E3 this year. Lots of hardcore games, with great exclusives from third party developers, killer App first party games, and great PS2 fan favs coming to the plate to push still wavering PS2 gamers over to the PS3 fanbase. I can bet you anything that Resistance 3, Infamous2, and Killzone 3 will all get a major spot light........... SOny learned last year that with E3 you need to show what you got for gamers, not the industry with flashy numbers and bull crap. Nintendo has fallen into the same trap Sony was in a while back when the PS3 launched. They need to bring in the games this year, as well as Microsoft needs to lift the lid on some major Natal news thats for hardcore gamers.

There is one thing I have noticed in all PS3 titles exclusive or not. The PS3 has much better AI: This I have noted in several titles that I will list here: Red Faction, Assassin's Creed 2, Dante's Inferno, Dead Space, Batman, and yes even BFBC2. The AI on the PS3 is way more responsive and more aggressive like what you get on a PC game. They think faster, and make better decisions in combat games, and strategy games. In these areas the PS3 is consistently better...... And while many of them don't change peoples minds. I have found that the AI programing in even PS3 exclusives over Xbox 360 exclusives. IE Halo ODTS when Compared too Killzone 2. In terms of over all AI the AI in Killzone 2 is not only smarter, but faster at thinking, more aggressive, and it never gets confused by the players some times non intended by the programmers tactics. In fact in Halo ODST (While the AI was vastly improved over other Halo titles for sure) There were still times when the AI would get stuck on some physics object in it's way and not know what to do, not use cover when it should have, or worse when the player is in a vehicle not even attack just stand there and point at you, but not shoot.

Honestly these comparison is bogus........ It seems to me both platforms next games will show off what they can both do with graphics, and AI in this years E3. But for now I find this debate pointless. Get the platform you want with the games you want and enjoy it. Why dose one need to be better then the others? If you want party games, and Mario, as well as Zelda, and last but not least Metroid get a Wii, if you like Halo, and the Fable 3, and Crackdown buy an Xbox360, if you like Killzone 2, or God of War 3, and LittleBigPlanet get a PS3. IMHO the only major differences between all the platforms is the Wii, and PS3 have free online, while the Xbox360 charges you for it. That said there is major problems with the Wii online, and the Xbox360 online. Hackers, cheaters, and down right upsetting noobies who only care about their gamer score and any way they can to inflate it.

Why all the bikkering? I like my PS3s graphics, I liked the 360s graphics. Who cares!? I only care about what the gameplay is at this point the only ones who whine about 1080p graphics are the ones who bought 1080p HDTVs trying to find a reason to use them at 1080p. Developers found that while 1080p is wonderfull for movies, and TV........ It's just not doable with a single video card in a small console. So many games ether upscale, or just run nativly at 720p and that allows the developers to have full 1080p rez textures and models, but with the lower rezolution it still will run smooth on most platforms. It's quite simple rely. Even most high end PCs with dual GTX-295s (IE quad SLI GPU support) slow down quite a bit when runing games at that rezolution. Plus the PSU needed is insane as well. HDTVs get away with it because they only have to render a flat 2D image, at an ultra high rez. While PCs/gameing consoles are trying to do the same thing with a single GPU, and at the same time render full 3D images. Theres no reason they could not all be at 1080p. But that would mean less texture detail, and model detail and basicly Halo 3 graphics for all current generation games other then PC titles. That would suck hard for console fans. So developers lowered the over all rez to keep the textures, and model details up at the highest rez posable.

The PS3 version has noted more color, and better over all textures, and lighting IMHO. I looked at these pixel by pixel in HD on another site, and the PS3 version is def better IMO.

Again they try to solve the issue........ But sadly this only helps a tiny bit, and the price tag dose not justify the advantages............ If it was a major improvement it would be worth it. But this is only minor. And you could get smiler results with much less cash thanks to the newer and faster lap-top drives. Plus Solid State drives have been a dead end market for years.

IE it's just like Microsoft says: Go big............. IE the Xbox360 Elite box slogan! IE Go pro for Xbox360 60GB model, and Go Arcade for the arcade model............. IMHO The Arcade should be dropped completely and replaced with a lower end 40GB model with full Red colors ala the new Resident Evil bundle they have now. Or annouce a new one that is Red and has a 200GB HDD on it: IMHO That would own all!

I don't get the fuss about this. IF you got one then fine shut up and don't bother posting. I'm going to get one my current PSP-200 Ice Silver model is lacking in the features, and sound departments. BTW what GS dose not tell you is that there are now 2 color adjusting settings, new noise cancelation settings for the TV upscaleing, and it will display games in 480i now. So whats not to like? It now has an 8ms respones time, 2000:1 contrast, and built in mic. Thats a major upgrade if you ask me. You just made Sony did not add a second analog stick. IMHO that would truly alienate the current PSP fanbase as well as piss off many developers working on the current systems. IE you know that Nintendo Wii you all love so much and it's new 3D motion addon? Many game developers were never even told about it, and are pissed off at Nintendo because their products could of supported it. Now thats outa the question.

I have to say I was a bit aw struck at the price tag at first. But I still picked one up and now I'll neer go back. Plus the price tag is still $8.00 under what Nintendo Charges for the Wiimote/Nunchuck Bundle pack that most people say you should buy instead of getting them both one by one, and the Xbox360 controller is again $8.00 more then the Dual Shock 3. BTW for all the rumble haters you can trun off the rumble with the PS Button menu, and in most games as well. It rumbles better then the Dual Shock 2.0 infact it has much more responsive, and realistic rumble then the Dual Shock 2.0 ever did. It rumbles low when you have big events on screen "Play Devil my Cry and you will see why this is a killer controller" The low and heavy rumble did not happen at all on the old Dual Shock 2.0. But this is driectional as well. Play Uncharted and Resistance: Fall of Man for that.

Not to mention all the killer games they did not emetion here: PS3: Rachet&Clank Future: Tools of Destruction Wipeout: HD Burnout Paradice Beowulf Killzone 2 (Please be a FPS this time and not a crapy top down game) Xbox360: Mass Effect Halo3 Eternal Sanata Halo Wars (RTS game not yet released) Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation Both systems: Front Lines: Fule of War Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Unreal Taurnament: 3 Battlefield: Bad Company Army of Two Black Site: Area 51 Man with so many cool games comeing I don't think I have the cash for allt this! Also there are some great handheld games comeing as well: PSP: Wipeout: Pulse Secret Agent: Clank (Rachet&Clank game without Rachet) Silent Hill: Origins God Of War: Chains of Olympus Final Fantasy: Crisis Core Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops + At least those are the ones I care about for the systems I will have by November 2nd this year.........
