No, its not. A video card is a GPU, video RAM, video BIOS, output interface, motherboard interface, and heatsink on a PCB board. Its no different than someone calling a computer a CPU. The difference is also important because different video cards sometimes use the same GPU.You are pretty stupid.
GPU has always always always always been an accepted term for a video card ever since they switched from calling them vpus.
