I totally agree with you. Compared to the time scale of the universe 10 thousands years is nothing, but imagine if there is another race , 10 thousands years older than us... Or even 1 million years older.

I understand that 90 degrees is more than half-way because with the chest touching the ground the arms are maybe at only 120 degrees.(not 180 of course).

But I think that the 30 degrees between 90 and 120 are as difficult as the 90 degrees between 0 and 90. So touching the ground is twice more difficult than stopping at 90 degrees.

That's the only reason why I said "half-way". I did not try to diminish your performance.

You know when you say break, does waiting for about 5 seconds between each push up whilst still in the push up position count as a break?

Because I can do 30 without a break, I can do 40 but between every push up or two, I'll have to wait a few seconds whilst still in the push up position.

Edit: Nose to floor push ups.

If your still in the push up position , it's not a break. It's just that your last 10 push ups take more time. It does not really rest your arms as a real 30 sec break would do.

I just remembered a friend of mine who bought a powerball . It was fun and effective . I always said I should buy one but I never did... I'll write it on my "things to do " list.

I didn't know it was called "diamond pus-ups". Doing push-ups this way is really usefull for pectoral muscles, I could probably do 30 in a row. When I try one handed , I can't come off the ground neither.

When I do push ups my chest touch the ground each time. I think if I go only half way, like in the video I could do 100 maybe more. It really depends of the kind of push ups.

Does anybody can do some with only one hand ?
