@brainiac1988 One clarification though, if the emulator contains any of the copyrighted code it would be considered illegal. Although maybe not in the netherlands if BIOS is legal to download.

@astral171988 Emulation is completely legal regardless of the state of your system, the emulators though can be illegal if they use and distribute any copyrighted code from the original console.
