@fluxed_up: Ignorant old men? How do you know? Do you know how much exact science and math went into creating the pyramids? Just because they lived a few thousand years ago (less for the new testament), doesn't mean they were ignorant or not intelligent.
What's worse, you believe nothingness created everything 14 billion years ago? But you don't believe thousands of witnesses watched Jesus Christ perform countless miracles only 2000 years ago? Which is recorded in the MOST RESPECTED book of history of all time? Even agnostic historians use the bible as their FIRST STEP in research (google it). And you just toss this book aside?
The bible is the divine and infallible word of God. You can follow it, or you can keep down your current path of ignorance (just let everyone die because "It's not my business."). Not me, sir. I am going to save as many as I can.
Jesus will return sooner than any of us think when we least expect it. Could be tonight. Could be in 10 years. I'd rather be saved NOW.

@teshammutna: I have a family to take care of. I enjoy God's beautiful earth and blessings, suicide is a sin, I have (many) people to try and save (look in the mirror - yup, that guy!), I am afraid of the pain of death, and I am not yet ready. I still have a lot to learn.
Please read what I wrote again thinking each point through. It only scratches the surface of profound issues of any theory of the universe existing without God. I also used to believe in evolution. Then, despite what I'd learned in school, I actually thought it through. And realized it's utter nonsense.
Jesus Christ came to earth 2020 years ago and was witnessed to have performed countless miracles. He gave us the new testament (the old testament was about his lineage). He spoke of things to come in revelation, which are currently happening, such as the dissolution of marriage and perversions (such as what sparked this conversation) among many other things that are happening daily as this country and world degrade.
I recommend checking out John MacArthur on Youtube (and some Kent Hovind for some fun videos explaining how stupid evolution is). God speed. I am praying for you.
@externalpower43: No, it shows God created us. No creator outside of the universe, no universe. It's simple logic. Only nothing can come from nothing. No physical thing can exist without a creation event. The universe can't exist without a personal, all-powerful being outside it creating it. God Himself can have no creator, otherwise we'd fall into an infinite regress (who created God and who created whoever created God, etc.). Just think.
@hyruler461: Zeus did not come to earth and perform miracles. Neither did any other God but Jesus Christ. You may want to check up on history. The bible is the most respected historical document of all time, even the first place for historians to check in their research.
@fluxed_up: I'm not judging. I'm quoting scripture. For example, Deuteronomy 22:5 "A woman shall not wear man's clothing, nor shall a man put on a woman's clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD your God."
I'm trying to help people here. Their lifestyles are none of my business, you are correct. But if you saw someone blindly walking off a cliff, that would also be none of your business - but would you make it your business to help them?
@teshammutna: Did you actually read what I wrote? You believe everything in the universe just popped into existence and resulted in our life, uncreated and ungoverned? THAT makes more sense than an all powerful being with aseity (existing in and of Himself) bringing the physical world into existence? Listen to yourself.
I get no benefit in Heaven for trying to save you. I only get insults here. But I'll still try to save you. Just read what I wrote and THINK IT THROUGH. Think. That's all I'm asking.

Was it that all space, matter, and energy in the universe was condensed to "roughly a million, billion, billion times smaller than a single atom" (including all the ocean water, which is super easy to condense), for all eternity past and then for some reason on a Tuesday at 2:35pm EST it just decided to explode into everything without something to act upon it?
Then it formed everything and wrote all the laws of the universe (gravity, thermodynamics, etc.) and then formed these neat stars that burn for a really long time and everything else then enabled life.
Oh and then at some point, all the raining on rocks over millions of years produced the first life form (so somehow a cell membrane got formed - maybe little magic hands with sewing thread and needle) and then inside that membrane formed some organelles and DNA (a 3 billion letter code telling everything how to form and function) appeared (thank goodness!) and then everything grew and 'evolved' by random mutations (even though we've never witnessed a single positive mutation and abiogenesis has never been observed and man can't even create basic life with all our tech) and at some point life forms split into male and female - each with their own reproductive systems that are compatible with each other to make babies that combine the DNA of both parents to form a baby in the mother (all automatically!! We don't even have to lift a finger. Also, it's a GREAT THING orgasms evolved first otherwise, no creatures would have intercourse to reproduce!!). Also, good thing all the plants immediately evolved to have delicious and colorful fruit so animals would spread their seeds (And great the plants knew the animals would do that!!)
And I left out about 99.9999% of the other irreducible complexity. Good thing you have it figured out.

I believe a marriage is between a man and a woman, the way God said it is. In my opinion, putting these options into games only further confuses our youth and normalizes deviancy.
I am in no way saying this to be mean. I am saying this because I want to help people. I pray for people who are confused about their sexuality. They are not the enemy. They are the mission field.
