In all fairness, i think it has a lot more to do with the developer. I think its a little naive to think that the PS3 and 360 are pulling out all the moves right now to perform. I think there's a lot of untapped potential in both systems. its my understanding that most developers develop primarily on the 360 first, and then do a simple port to the ps3 near the end of the development cycle. this probably accounts for many of the disparities
