I haven't found sports games getting worse. NFL 09 and MLB 09 are two excellant games. the graphics are awesome in both games, music is very good and the announcers are clear and enjoyable. Both games received outstanding ratings, but like any game there is a learning curve to get the most out of it. 2k games have lacked a lot, in my opinion, maybe try a few EA games to see if there is a major difference.

Heavenly Sword 2 Please.However, in the new game get rid of the touch sensitive combat system. Heavenly Sword was a great game well worth the time and money. I also would like to see it a little longer in duration with possibly coop added.

WhenI spent so much money on the older Xbox system and related games its a waste of money not to have those games playable on the new system. It is one reasonwhy I purchased a PS3, BC console. It even plays all of the PS1 games. Why should MS choose which ones are playable or not?

I brought an 80g. PS3 bundle from Costco. It came with two controllers, TV remote for Blu-ray. All of the cables to connect with. Came with one game, Motor Storm. Without tax came to $425.

Mass Effect and Battlestations Pacific on the 360 and not the PS3. Other than that, I do not know of any other titles as of now.

It really depends on the type of game you are most interested in. First person shooter, recommendCOD 4. RPG recommend Lost Odyssey or Mass Effect. Sports recommend NHL 09. Racing, not a big fan here, so I can't make a solid recommendation here. Go to gamespot and do some reseach and if you find games 8.5 or better then they are pretty good games to play. Have a ball!

I believe it would be foolish not to research a game especially when they cost so much. In fact I research every big ticket item I put down my hard earned money on.Reviews for consumers are the best because they present both sides of the review. "The good, bad and ugly."

Medieval II Gold Edition took me for the longest time to complete. It is an awesome PC game and for $20 a must buy for those who like strategy games.
