I like most of them, but Muppet Treasure Island is fantastic. The songs are great, it's funny, and Tim Curry is splendid as Long John Silver.

Juke, if it were my choice. In person, a lot of the 'extreme' design cues are more muted than they seem in pictures. The front is still a little crowded, but otherwise it's a pretty good looking car. I laughed at it, too, at first, but it grew on me.Dark__Link

I was the same when I saw it. I respect any car company that actually tries to make their cars stand out. Most these days just look like generic sport cars, or dull compacts. For example, I admire the idea behind the design of the Nissan Cube, but I don't think I could drive it because it looks like an ice cream van.

Subaru for sure... Kia is ****, and that Nissan is as MissLibrarian says.

Frame_Dragger

Kia doesnt have a good reputation, but apparently their recent cars have been improving. I mostly see consistantly good reviews of them.

Every time I see a Juke I'm blown away at how ugly it is - and being more offensive to the eyes than a Pontiac Aztek is no mean feat. Of those, I'd probably go Subaru. It's kind of a boring car, though. Any other similarly priced ones you might be interested in? Jetta, Fiesta/Focus, etc.DJ_Lae

I'm interested in anything as long as meets the requirements I mentioned. I heard very good things about the Jetta, and the Focus actually. Which of them is better?

[QUOTE="FPSunionOWNS"]

i say you should get used piece of crap because i think thats what everyones first car should be.

Pirate700

I would but I'm going to be leasing one of these and I think it's tougher to find older cars to lease.

Are those the only ones you will consider?

I'm open to considering more, but these are the ones I test drove. Really I'm just looking for something that won't cost too much to lease, and has good safety features. I test drove a Fiat 500 and it drove quite well but I couldn't find much in the way of safety information on it since it's still somewhat new in the U.S.
