@WolfgarTheQuiet @Stevo_the_gamer @antonio24z and thats a fair point , going all digital doesnt get people out of the house and be somewhat social , find more ppl to play with IRL. that kind of future is a destruction of anyone that cares to be SLIGHTLY social , cause lets face it a good portion of ppl online dont use headsets or are raging 13yrolds scraming into the mics.
@ekelly10 @Enundr @Dragon_Nexus ill give you a hint , bandwith limit , shoddy connections as well . just cause ppl can get on to make a post , does not mean that they have a solid enough of a connection to be online all the time gaming. or do you think posting on some forums uses as much bandwith as a game?
@Jinzo_111887 Kinect (thankfully "optional" now) was a big vulnerability in the systems initial "design". its a webcam in essnece and was a big vulnerability because you couldnt remove it.
@ekelly10 @Dragon_Nexus ok dude you just said EXACTLY why M$s visions WOULD NOT WORK , forces they cannot control , more or less. They didnt think about that , the ppl that have to "dealwithit" did.
@Hop103 @Enundr @ekelly10 like i said , with companies like EA around , digital games are NOT going to be that great of an idea as the only option. like EA has said they dont make offline games (or something like that) anymore , and EA has a tendancy to pull the plugs on their servers ALOT faster then they should. why do you think EA LOVED M$s plans? they would profit and gouge ppl soooo much while cutting the cost of keeping the servers going after they sell the last DLC.
@ekelly10 its more so with how ISPs still are , some areas ARE NOT READY to suppot half of what M$ was trying to do , hence why a good part of ppl bitched about it , the other reason would be companies like EA would ABUSE digital only games to where your only renting the games at full price , where EA could retract your access to them with the lifespan of EAs servers. there are many reasons why half of that crap wasnt going to fly , YES it did show promise , but like i said ISPs and companies like EA make it a not so good idea. you fix both of those then it would be a good thing.
@CptJohnnyRico @Enundr lets face it if they tried doing what "men like" vs what "women like" theres not going to be any solid results , we all like diff things , hence why trying to view how much of an audience is women and how much is men ends up being pointless. but pointless seems to be common with M$ lately XD
