1. Job's trials and tribulations were a gambit by God, knowing that Job will preservere. Some Bible scholars speculate that Job had a problem with self-righteousness, and that all of these things God put him through is meant to address said flaw. 2. Note that Isaac's sacrifice (spoiler, it was a near sacrifice) was the final act of trial for Abraham. At that point, Abraham's faith in God has gotten to such a point that he is able to make the trip knowing God will provide a sacrifice for him. 3. Nice way to mistaken Noah for Lot. Another, there was a problem with Nephilims in Noah's time. They're unholy offsprings of angels and human, and chances are, they leveraged it into grabbing power and oppressing people. Who are we to judge God when we don't know the entire story? Do we even know God's side, or are we as imperfect men in our hubris try to judge God because we feel more righteous than him?gotta love how chrisitans always love blood sacrifice, as if a higher power needs such a thing....and as if an all powerful deity who knows everything possibly needs to 'test' people.
