Thanks I'm looking over the parts now and working out how to spend the money that you'll be saving me (probably fans or External HardDrive). I was so stupid i didn't even look at anything that wasn't either Intel or Thermaltake D: thanks for the recommendations.

Americas Army isn't a bad game, it has been quite popular, it has quite accurately represented life in the Army, it has educated people in several ways I remember article about a man who provided emergency medical care to a victim of a car crash (from my memory) and due to that mans training as a medic in AA the victim had a higher chance of surviving and made it to the hospital where he survived.

there are so many more ways to waste your money i'm just glad the government wasted it on AA.

Buy only steam games from now on or use Alchohol 120% which makes the computer think the CD is in (this reuquires you to have a computer at hand witha CD drive) and just puts the CD on your hard drive.

Not another one of these threads. Now i have to repeat my stand on why you should avoid gaming laptops. First of all gaming laptops tend to have horrible battery life (3 hours or so). Now for my final and most important point, there is a better alternative instead for getting gaming Laptops, which is Build a PC... and with the money left over buy a netbook. Now if building a PC is not so appealing to you, I know of several local stores that charge around $50 to get it built and provide you with a 2 year warranty (and i think it is a safe assumption to assume there would be a similar store near you) of course you have to choose the parts before hand which they then use to make the PC, but if you are really lazy and can't be bothered with choosing the parts some stores will choose the parts for you(but you will need to request some general things like, must be able to play Crysis, itunes and Windows7 at the same time) This will provide you with about a 1.2 Grand gaming machine, which leaves you with enough to buy a decent netbook (probably 7 hour battery life, 1Gb of ram) which would be able to play all the classics such as CS:S or Starcraft.
