@jocaju @RicanV Crazy internet speeds in Japan is a common misconception. It's really no different then the rest of the world if not worse. Remote play is also accessible anywhere you have a internet connection. It's been that way since PSP and PS3 remote play, though a better connection does help.
Haha, sort of an unexpected turn around. I never took advantage of the feature before really, so it's not much of a big deal for me as it was mostly four player couch games over the rare few 5-7 player games. Controllers are expensive too. :/ Game or a new controller always come to mind. 99.9% chance of me picking a game over another controller. I'm only even starting next gen with three controllers.
@Hop103 @FAIL_RETURNETH One thing for sure, is the only thing I'm going to bring only my card that has the record of my purchase when I go to the midnight release. When The PS3 got released here someone shot a guy. It was at Walmart, it actually made news too.

I got a solution... make multi outputs... say 2 TVs, one system, Eight players. Sounds perfect to me. Except the fact that they wouldn't care enough to do this...
@hellangel_boy @k2theswiss Normally a sports game like American Football, and Soccer are the only games that can use it. Well I think there was this tag team wrestling game that could to, but I don't remember. I've only maxed a game out at 5 players due to running out of controllers though.
edit: I almost forgot there were also a few party games like Family Game Night and maybe Monopoly, not to sure on Monopoly though.
@rarson @Demonkillua You're only partially correct. My reason for buying a launch console has nothing to do with the software myself, currently or down the road. If you look at only the software at launch to buy a launch console it's just plain silly. You're going to want the console that is most likely to get the most use out of you, if you buy by just looking at the launch lineup then you might find out that you just wasted a whole lot of money because after those launch games you might find that you barely use it. It's more intelligent to look not only what's now, but what can be later.
As a side note I also got the PS3 not for any software from launch, but software that I knew would be coming years later to it, and because it has a internet browser, which meant I could use it to stream shows at the time on my TV through the internet. To tell you the truth that same PS3 is now on it's last leg so instead of buying a new PS3, I decided I would just upgrade to the PS4 for multitude of reasons, software not being a big one, yet.
I don't know why, but I've been here reading comments for the past two hours and some instead of going to bed. Now I will close my night by saying many of you need to straighten up your facts before using them as an argument. Stop looking at the console games for release and look at what they can be a few years after. What system will give you the better value and what system is least likely to rip you off. Which one has features you will actually use. Oh, and which one is cheaper in the long run also. G'night,
