Agreed, it is some bull. I posted on this earlier and some people gave me some lecture about it being my fault...no one forced me to buy it. That isn't the issue though. The issue is that this game shouldn't have been $60 to begin with, at most...it should retail for $30, but whatever. As a result, I am just going to have to play the heck out of it. Unfortunately, I think my 360 is dying cause it is having some serious disc read errors and I kinda just wanna chuck it out the window and grab a new Elite. Only $250...not a bad deal at all.

ThePRAssassin

so if u didnt like the price...why did u pay it?

He bought it because Halo is the only franchise that has it's haters buy the game. When you see people hating on MGS, Final Fantasy, etc. they never own it and probably played it for 5-10 minutes at a friends house. With Halo? Everyone "has" to buy it so they do it aswell, even though they know they hate the game and will nitpick at everything.

My friend complained about the music. Really? Of all things to hate from Halo, you choose the music? Let 'em hate, who cares. ODST is still going to put up ridiculous numbers as is Halo 3 and Halo 2 is probably more active than a lot of current gen games right now. Halo CE has LAN centers dedicated to it. No matter how much you guys hate on Halo nothing is going to change, why not just move on and play a game you enjoy instead of trying to convince Halo fans that the game is garbage? It's not going to work.

I never said I hated Halo...I simply stated that I disagree with the $60 price point.

So I am paying $60 for what again? Two new guns, which are rehashed, a new campaign...and a new firefight mode?

I have the game...I just want to know where all the work that Bungie supposedly put into this...where it went and why I am being charged $60 when it shouldn't cost no more than $30.

And I am kinda confused...why package this game with the Halo 3 MP when just about everyone who is going to buy this game already has Halo 3?

Doesn't make any sense to me.

I didn't buy it because of the hype...I bought it because i needed something new to play...CoD4 and Gears are getting a tad boring. I just want to know...like wtf am I paying $60 for?

EDIT: Yeah, I know no one forced my to buy it. The problem is that it shouldn't be priced at $60 to begin with. It should be $30. And...I am quite baffled that anyone would try to justify that $60 price point other than Bungie or whoever...it is **** I am getting shafted. Whoever had the idea to charge $60 can suck it.

A little under 50,000. I used to care about Gamerscore, even had GameFly to assist me. It gets old fast though and you end up playing crap games that are better served as coasters. I don't bother anymore.

Just looking at Mass Effect DLC the other day and saw "Bring Down the Sky." 400 MS points isn't a lot, but I was just wondering if it was any good? I looked it up to find out more info and it said that it only added 90 more minutes of gameplay. Kinda disappointing, and it also said that it was the first of a series of downloadable content, but not much has come of that, has it?
