I love how everyone is trying to make prediction about Xbox based off of rumors. Sony hasn't even shown their system, and MS had a bad tweet and a few rumors and the console race has been decided?!?! Call me old fashion but I'm going to wait until I see what both companies are working with and then talk shit about them. That way when I say it will be, well I don't know "true".

Yes if your story sucks people aren't going to finish it. Also if the main focus of your game is multiplayer then of course the story will get over looked. Now that we have taken care of common sense, if you make a single player game the story matters. There are a few exception he says, how about a lot. Just because the overall quality of games has decreased over the years doesn't me story isn't important. Stop making crappy stories and maybe people will start finishing them.

He is right. Graphics are what sell games. People are more likely to buy a game that looks good and plays so-so then a game that has so-so graphics and plays good. The sad thing is, it is easier to make a good looking game than it is to make a fun one. Crytek's graphics are a given, everyone knows this. They need to focus now on completing the formula and stop falling back on what they are good at. I can't fault his logic, if you game looks good people will give it a try, but your going to get smashed in a review.

All BS aside, 75% of the people complaining here are going to buy the new xbox on launch. The rest of you will sit back thinking that it is going to fail or have some messed up launch and when it doesn't and they come out with a game you like, you will buy it too. You can blast me with "hate" replies all you want, you know its true. The always on internet is not a make a or break deal for most. It is just an inconvenience.

@Double-Ego @ahpuck Not at all, If they invest the money to have servers so there is no DOS on launch day, no one will even notice. Xbox was the front runner for current gen systems that will carry them in the start of the next gen as long as there are no launch problems and they know that.

@Pockets69 @Darknight765 So why is it then? So they can send you ads? They already do that. Is it so they can know what games your playing at what time? Live already gives them that data. There really isn't any other benefit for it besides what I stated above. Everything else they already do on some level.
