A weird problem that DoC has is the load times between some of the cutscenes.  I thought FFVII was supposed to prove that you could have a seemless intregration between gameplay and cutscenes?

All I really used was the "Holy ****" word with only the "i" replaced with an asterisk.  All I said was that DoC was by far better than being a total piece of ****.  It was decent.

^WTF, my comment was removed!  Here's the gist of what I said: This game is far from being an insult or a huge blow against FF.  It was a game with decent, somewhat generic gameplay coupled with a good story (another 1-winged angel!).  I think DoC turned out to be about as good as some people were percieving it to be... Note, I said some people, not all (you'd be surprised by the number of people who tend to ignore the difference between the 2).

Even so, I doubt E3 will "stop" for good. It'll most likely transform into something that's easier to manage.

I never said it wouldn't shut down.  All I said is that it may not happen as immediately as some people are thinking.  Gradual changes will likely occur in E3 before it truly dies.  Most of the claims of Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, and major third-party developers not supporting E3 anymore aren't being, well, supported.  Some companies may stop supporting E3 next year, but not all of them.

They didn't get rid of the booth babes, a new dress-code was mandated.  Meaning booth babes would also cost a fine.

If E3 does die, I don't think it'll happen nearly as fast as what some people will be thinking.

It sounds more like E3 will recieve a mild downgrade than become boiled down to the basics with the "more intimate event" comment.  This makes it sound that it'll become nothing more than some VIP's and people of the press coming there and sitting down with a few representatives to chat.
